From Toast. Net sales are after discounts and gross sales are before, so gross minus net is the discount total. Gift cards and other items with no sales category are not counted. Day parts (Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner) are the service Toast assigns to each order. Data refreshes every few hours.

Late means the first clock-in was more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start. No-show means the shift ended with no clock-in, counted only for people who clock in at all. Sick comes from 7shifts, where managers mark it on the shift. On time is the share of shifts worked (sick shifts left out) that were not late and not a no-show. Managers, directors and supervisors are not included, since they do not clock into shifts. Terminal accounts are not included either.

Tip % is card plus declared cash tips, divided by sales. Terminal accounts, managers and salaried staff are not listed.
